To add a team layout to this page, visit the Team folder in the section library. There are seven designed options available:
- Basic Team Layouts (4 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and (if needed) a call-to-action such as email or phone number. Do not include bios in these layouts.
- Team Layouts with Bios (2 options) – Display a photo, name, title, and a short bio. You may also include a call-to-action (email, phone, or social icons). If no image is provided, the layout can still be used without one.
- Standalone Profile (1 option) – A full page dedicated to a single team member (e.g., doctor, lawyer) with one long bio.

Dr. Ashton Richards
Doctor/Owner
Dr. Ashton Richards was born in Independence, MO. Her husband, Houston Richards, was born and raised in Sugar Creek, MO. She attended St. Mary’s High School, was a member of the track and field team at Northwest Missouri State, and attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City Dental School. After completing her doctorate, she participated in a one-year residency program at Truman Lakewood Hospital. Dr. Ashton Richards is happy to serve Sugar Creek, where “it feels like home.”
Ticia Echlin
Insurance Coordinator
Originally from Blue Springs, Ticia brings over 35 years of experience in the dental field. She’s a proud mom of three and a doting grandmother to two grandchildren. When she’s not helping patients navigate their insurance, she loves spending her time spoiling her grandkids and making lasting memories with her family.
Savannah Gustin
Registered Dental Hygienist
Savannah is a dedicated and compassionate registered dental hygienist who has been providing excellent care to patients since graduating from dental hygiene school in 2015. With years of experience working with both children and adults, Savannah brings a gentle touch and a warm smile to every appointment.
Outside of Enrich Dental, Savannah enjoys a busy and fulfilling life with her husband, Jared—her high school sweetheart—and their three young children. Whether she’s running outdoors, exploring new places with her family, or cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ soccer games, Savannah brings the same energy and heart to everything she does.
Christina Daniel
Lead Dental Assistant
Christina is our expanded functions dental assistant. She graduated from MCCKC Penn Valley and has always dreamed of working in dentistry. She enjoys working side by side with Dr. Richards and takes pride in providing excellent patient care. Outside of work, Christina loves riding her motorcycle and caring for her many farm animals.
Isabel
Office Assistant
Isabel was born in Kansas but grew up in Grain Valley. She is currently attending Metropolitan Community College, working toward her associate degree while working full-time at Enrich Dental. Isabel enjoys being a part of the Enrich Dental team and helping out wherever she is needed around the office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on walks, and shopping.
